C.A.R.E. is a non-profit, all volunteer and foster-based animal rescue located in Columbus, Indiana working to promote animal welfare through community awareness, education and responsible pet adoptions. We promote spaying and neutering as the way to relieve the number of animals entering our local shelters.. We work with local shelters to help with overpopulation and to increase the number of adoptions.

Meet Tatum

Tatum absolutely loves attention and play time. His current best buddy is a 4lb puppy. He has alot of energy, vut also loves his nap time. When Tatum came into my care he had a heart murmer, he seems to be doing alot better an is growing out of it. He is healthy and gull of energy now.
