Meet Moki

Hi! I'm Mōki! Pronounced like Lōki, Thor's brother, but I'm nothing like him.  I'm incredibly sweet, affectionate & friendly! I love humans, toys & baby-talk! I even know my name!   My housemate, Cheetoh, & I lost our home when our mommy passed away. Though I'd love to be w/ her in our new home, she's not very nice to me at this time. It could be because she's stressed or she simply just doesn't want to be w/ me anymore. So as of this moment, I can go home WITHOUT her & I'm ok w/ that. If that changes, my A.R.F. Humans will let you know.  I'm seeking a calm & quiet home where I'll get alot of attention & be a priority. I'd make for a great companion-kitty & do not wish to be left home alone all day. I'm 7 years old, but I'm healthy & have much love & life still left in me & would love to share w/ a new family very soon, but this time, furrever.  Perhaps that may be you?   Moki  is micro-chipped, up to date on all vaccinations, neutered, and litter box trained. Below is an overview of what you can expect during the pet adoption process: Step 1: Submit an online adoption application at https://www.arf-il.org/adopt/application/ Step 2: Our volunteers will review your application and reach out with a status. This step can take up to five business days. Step 3: If your application is approved you will be invited to meet with the cat or dog you are interested in at a mutually agreed upon time and location. Step 4: We’ll walk you through the benefits of adopting through A.R.F., then complete the adoption paperwork and collect the adoption fee. Then your new best friend is yours! Step 5: Complete required follow-ups such as obedience training or spay/neuter (if delayed due to medical reasons).
