Meet Chairman Meow, the quirky, snuggly, string-chasing sweetheart with a big personality and an even bigger stretch! With his laid-back charm, beautiful blue/grey fur, and irresistible flop-and-stretch routine, Chairman will win you over in no time. This handsome young guy was appropriately named Chairman Meow due to his mellow, friendly personality and how much he adores being the center of attention! He was born to be The Chairman of his forever home. Chairman Meow loves pets and brushing sessions, and when he’s really into it, he might gently nibble your hand to say, “More please!” One of his most endearing traits? Instead of purring, Chairman makes the cutest little snorting sound when he’s content. He’s truly one-of-a-kind.Chairman would thrive in a quiet, adult-only home or one with older, cat-savvy kids who can respect his boundaries and understand his sensitive side. He needs a little time to warm up to new people, but once he trusts you, he’ll flop right at your feet, roll over for pets, and beg for attention with his signature stretch and gentle nibbles. Chairman has a playful side too—he lives for string toys and anything with catnip. He’s got a rambunctious play style and would love a feline friend with a similar high energy level to wrestle and chase around the house, but he could also do well as a solo cat as long as he has humans who are around often to give him the love and engagement he craves.Chairman Meow is the kind of cat who brings joy through his goofy antics, expressive body language, and unique little habits. Adoption Process
Thank you for your interest in Forever Fortunate Felines, a division of Fortunate Pooches and Lab Rescue.  We are very happy to have the opportunity to match you with your purr-fect cat-panion! Once you complete the online application using the below link, you will be able to discuss and ask questions directly to the foster parent.  We believe this is a big advantage to you as our organization is completely foster based, we really understand our cats personalities at a deep level.  This helps to ensure a great match with you and your family. In order to get the process going, would you kindly fill out our detailed online application located here:  https://www.petstablished.com/adoption_form/11683/generic Completing our online application does not commit you to adopt from our rescue.  Rather it helps us to understand your requirements and match you with the best possible cat or kitten. Once you complete the application and it is approved, we can set up a meet and greet and if all works out, you may bring the kittens or cats home the same day.  Please make sure to bring an adequately sized pet carrier with you to your meet and greet.  We recommend a pet carrier which opens from the top as this is the easiest way to place a cat inside a carrier.  If you do decide to adopt, we do expect you to take home your cat the same day as there are so many cats and kittens which need to be rescued from high kill shelters, we almost always rescue a new cat or kitten the very next day.  If it is not possible for you to take your cat or kitten home the same day, we do charge a boarding fee of $3 per day for supplies and to encourage you to take your newly adopted cat home.  We will board for a maximum of 3 days if needed to allow you time to get needed supplies. Our adoption fees are listed at the link below. This fee includes full vetting, flea treatment, de-worming, spay surgery, FeLV and FIV test, microchip insertion, and vaccinations up to date for the kittens or cats age.  We are able to accept cash, check, paypal, or most major credit cards for the adoption fee.
