Purrrfect. Favorite. Obsessed. That's what they all keep saying about me! I'm not really sure what that means...maybe you can help me? Hi! I'm Lew-Chew & I LOVE LIFE! I'm a friendly, affectionate, fun, gentle, personable, smart & sweet guy who also so happens to be orange! My humans here @ A.R.F keep picking me up & giving me kisses while I head-nuzzle them & purr. I'm not really sure why they keep doing this, but I know why I am...I'm happy! Maybe they're happy too! Not too long ago, a nice lady adopted me from a shelter, but took me back because she realized she just wasn't ready to "care for another living being". The nice shelter took me in & then my A.R.F Heroes rescued me! I'm sure glad because before all of this, I lived on the streets! Yikes...it's scary out there! Anyway, I'm here now...& none of that changed me. It didn't take my joy. It's just well...who I am. A joyful kitty...and overall nice guy! I really love humans & hope to have a human who's joyful & affectionate like me. Someone who has time for me & can make me a priority. I also love toys...all the toys! Maybe we can even snuggle & watch a movie or read a book because I also know how to chill. Nice Guys need naps too! I do not wish to be alone all day as I am indeed a companion-kitty. I think I like female cats & am not terrified of dogs...but don't quote me on that...my A.R.F humans are still figuring that out. I hope I explained myself well & answered all your questions. Perhaps now you can answer mine...? Am I actually really purrrfect? What does favorite mean? Are you obsessed too? Lew-Chew is microchipped, up-to-date on all vaccinations, neutered, and litter box trained. Lew-Chew’s adoption fee is $135. If you are interested in meeting Lew-Chew, please fill out our Online Application today! Once your application has been approved, an ARF volunteer will be able to contact you to arrange a meeting.

Step 2: Our volunteers will review your application and reach out with a status. This step can take up to five business days.
Step 3: If your application is approved you will be invited to meet with the cat or dog you are interested in at a mutually agreed upon time and location.
Step 4: We’ll walk you through the benefits of adopting through A.R.F., then complete the adoption paperwork and collect the adoption fee. Then your new best friend is yours!
Step 5: Complete required follow-ups such as obedience training or spay/neuter (if delayed due to medical reasons).
