Oh boy, are you ready for me? I am such a ham! When I first got here, I was a little shy, but that lasted for all of 5 minutes. Being here where I get lots of food and attention is much better than where I came from. My healing wounds are a testament to the rough life I had before I was saved. I am such a friendly guy. I am constantly head-butting people when they get near me, in hopes that they'll give me some good scratches. My chin, neck and head are where I like to be pet the most, but really, I'll take any attention I can get. I have the cutest little meow, and I'm not afraid to use it to get what I want. I enjoy chasing toys like balls and laser pointers and spending time up in my cat tree. I like being able to look out the window to watch the world go by. I would love nothing more than a nice warm lap to curl up in when I'm sleepy and want to cuddle. I will be such a great companion and can't wait to hear all about your day. I'll be sure to tell you about mine, too. Well, here I am, hanging out at the Oswego PetSmart (350 Fifth St, Oswego), waiting for you to come and take me home. I'm a pretty laid back guy and would do well in just about any home. Kids, cats, even a friendly dog would be fine with me. What are you waiting for?? Let's snuggle! Pascal is micro-chipped, up to date on all vaccinations, neutered, and litter box trained. His adoption fee is $135. If you are interested in meeting Pascal, please fill out our Online Application today! Once your application has been approved, an ARF volunteer will be able to contact you to arrange a meeting.

Below is an overview of what you can expect during the pet adoption process:
Step 1: Submit an online adoption application at https://www.arf-il.org/adopt/application/
Step 2: Our volunteers will review your application and reach out with a status. This step can take up to five business days.
Step 3: If your application is approved you will be invited to meet with the cat or dog you are interested in at a mutually agreed upon time and location.
Step 4: We’ll walk you through the benefits of adopting through A.R.F., then complete the adoption paperwork and collect the adoption fee. Then your new best friend is yours!
