Meet George This is the story of a kitten who escaped a shelter with just moments to spare. George and his siblings were barely 4 weeks old when they arrived, undersized and without their mother. But George didn’t dwell on the past—he had cuddles to give and purrs to share! He quickly began eating on his own, used his litter box like a pro, and has been filling his foster home with love ever since.George is a black and white cuddle machine with personality plus. He’s the lover of the group—always ready to curl up on your chest, make muffins with his paws, and purr himself into a blissful trance. His go-to move is “nursing” on your clothes while nuzzled up for snuggles. He’s also a total foodie and will happily taste-test every flavor of canned food you offer.Gentle, affectionate, and easygoing, George would thrive with one of his brothers (Gigi or Ginger) or in a home with another friendly feline. He gets along great with older cats, is playful without being rowdy, and of course—perfect litter box manners. Adoption Process
Thank you for your interest in Forever Fortunate Felines, a division of Fortunate Pooches and Lab Rescue.  We are very happy to have the opportunity to match you with your purr-fect cat-panion! Once you complete the online application using the below link, you will be able to discuss and ask questions directly to the foster parent.  We believe this is a big advantage to you as our organization is completely foster based, we really understand our cats personalities at a deep level.  This helps to ensure a great match with you and your family. In order to get the process going, would you kindly fill out our detailed online application located here:  https://www.petstablished.com/adoption_form/11683/generic Completing our online application does not commit you to adopt from our rescue.  Rather it helps us to understand your requirements and match you with the best possible cat or kitten. Once you complete the application and it is approved, we can set up a meet and greet and if all works out, you may bring the kittens or cats home the same day.  Please make sure to bring an adequately sized pet carrier with you to your meet and greet.  We recommend a pet carrier which opens from the top as this is the easiest way to place a cat inside a carrier.  If you do decide to adopt, we do expect you to take home your cat the same day as there are so many cats and kittens which need to be rescued from high kill shelters, we almost always rescue a new cat or kitten the very next day.  If it is not possible for you to take your cat or kitten home the same day, we do charge a boarding fee of $3 per day for supplies and to encourage you to take your newly adopted cat home.  We will board for a maximum of 3 days if needed to allow you time to get needed supplies. Our adoption fees are listed at the link below. This fee includes full vetting, flea treatment, de-worming, spay surgery, FeLV and FIV test, microchip insertion, and vaccinations up to date for the kittens or cats age.  We are able to accept cash, check, paypal, or most major credit cards for the adoption fee.
