100Meet Bruce
Bruce is a sweet and lovely tabby, very social, very lovable, and very smart! He started messing with duct covers in our community room that no other cat had thought to shift… and not out of fear! He was just curious what they were for. He is curious about this “home” thing he has heard about, too! Bruce would love to be adopted and to be part of a family. While he is curious and silly, he’s not destructive, and certainly less so than a kitten! He will teach you to look at life in new ways, and he is excited to make memories with you. Bruce does test positive for FIV. This condition used to be considered very scary, but it does not spread easily, and it’s really just a lower immune system. Unneutered and desperate cats fight for scarce resources on the street and deliver the deep bite wounds that pass the virus… Bruce was found on the street, on the unlucky end of one of those bites. All he needs is good food, wellness care, an indoor home, and lots of love, the same as any Catsnap cat. Would you consider making him yours? Thank you for your interest in a CATsNAP cat or kitten! If you would like to meet a cat, please complete the online application located on our website catsnap.org. We do not have a walk-in facility; most of our cats are in foster homes. For this reason, we require an approved application on file before we set up a meet and greet. Completing an online application does not obligate you to adopt! We care deeply about our cats and want the best match for all involved. All CATsNAP cats and kittens are: Vaccination against Panleukopenia (Distemper), Rhinotracheitis, and Calicivirus Vaccination against Rabies (if animal is over 4 months of age) Testing for Feline Leukemia (FeLV) and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV) Initial de-worming, flea, and ear mite treatment Sterilization of the animal prior to adoption; no exceptions Micro-chipping as mandated by state law
Adoption Process
$115 up to 6 mo, $85 6mo & over, unless otherwise stated, assumed acceptance of contract including landlord releases if necessary, vet references, previous animal history, employment history, etc with finalization of adoption.
