Meet Dark Matter! Dark Matter makes up about 27% of the universe’s mass-energy content—and just like her cosmic namesake, this petite girl may be small, but she’s full of energy and mystery. The tiniest of her siblings, Dark Matter is a nonstop bundle of motion who lives to run. She’ll dash through the house with her siblings in tow—or fly solo if no one else is fast enough to keep up!When she’s not in zoomie mode, Dark Matter loves to perch on a windowsill, watching the world go by before drifting off in the breeze. She has a soft spot for wet food (though she happily snacks on kibble too) and uses the litter box like a pro.Playful and poised, she’s more strategic comet than chaotic asteroid—graceful, observant, and always ready to pounce. She purrs the moment you touch her, and brings a perfect mix of playfulness and calm to any home.Dark Matter would love to be adopted with one of her siblings—Comet or Dark Energy—or into a home with another playful young cat. Adoption Process
Thank you for your interest in Forever Fortunate Felines, a division of Fortunate Pooches and Lab Rescue.  We are very happy to have the opportunity to match you with your purr-fect cat-panion! Once you complete the online application using the below link, you will be able to discuss and ask questions directly to the foster parent.  We believe this is a big advantage to you as our organization is completely foster based, we really understand our cats personalities at a deep level.  This helps to ensure a great match with you and your family. In order to get the process going, would you kindly fill out our detailed online application located here:  https://www.petstablished.com/adoption_form/11683/generic Completing our online application does not commit you to adopt from our rescue.  Rather it helps us to understand your requirements and match you with the best possible cat or kitten. Once you complete the application and it is approved, we can set up a meet and greet and if all works out, you may bring the kittens or cats home the same day.  Please make sure to bring an adequately sized pet carrier with you to your meet and greet.  We recommend a pet carrier which opens from the top as this is the easiest way to place a cat inside a carrier.  If you do decide to adopt, we do expect you to take home your cat the same day as there are so many cats and kittens which need to be rescued from high kill shelters, we almost always rescue a new cat or kitten the very next day.  If it is not possible for you to take your cat or kitten home the same day, we do charge a boarding fee of $3 per day for supplies and to encourage you to take your newly adopted cat home.  We will board for a maximum of 3 days if needed to allow you time to get needed supplies. Our adoption fees are listed at the link below. This fee includes full vetting, flea treatment, de-worming, spay surgery, FeLV and FIV test, microchip insertion, and vaccinations up to date for the kittens or cats age.  We are able to accept cash, check, paypal, or most major credit cards for the adoption fee.
