Meet Carrot Cake
CAKE THEMED KITTEN: Approx. 2.5 months old / Approx. 2.5 lbs. & growing Hi, my name’s Carrot Cake! My siblings and I found ourselves in need of good homes, and we were so happy that Mostly Mutts was able to bring us into their program and get us to a wonderful foster home, where we were well-cared for and loved. We recently moved to the Kitty Aquarium, and – one by one – my siblings have all found furever homes. I’m ready to do the same, so plan to come meet me soon! • OTHER CATS/DOGS/KIDS: I got along very well with my siblings before they were adopted and have made quick friends with the other kitties in the Aquarium, too! I may enjoy another kitty in my home, so if you have a nice kitty at home already, let’s meet! / I met the older female dog in my former foster home and was not fazed by her. / Children in my new home may be nice, since I am a playful kitten, but best they are gentle and know how to handle a kitten, and – of course, let’s meet! • PERSONALITY INFORMATION: My former foster described me as ‘very people friendly’, and the kitty socializers who come to spend time with me would agree. I am playful and loving with lots of cuddles waiting for my new family. • SKILLS/LITTER TRAINED STATUS: I keep my area clean, as I am litter trained. • LIKES/DISLIKES: I love to play and am especially fond of balls that roll and bounce. Really, any kitty toys will do! I am social and will run to greet you when you enter the room. Always the lap kitty, I will thrive on petting and cuddles – wanting all the attention and love. / I can’t think of any dislikes since I am a kitten, but I would not be happy if I did not get the love and attention all kitties deserve! • MEDICAL: I am up to date on my kitten shots, microchipped and neutered. I am looking for a home where I will be a much loved family member! My adoption fee is $175.00, and I’m located in Kennesaw, Ga.
Adoption Process
Mostly Mutts Animal Rescue & Adoption's Adoption Process
Our facility is currently open to the public Monday-Saturday, 11-3. We welcome you to come meet our adoptable Mutts & Kitties! Please keep in mind the following:
Many of our adoptable Mutts & Kitties are in foster homes, so please call 770-272-6888 to find out if the pet you are interested in is at our facility. With an approved application we can set up meet & greets and adoptions with a pet in foster care.
We are not yet up to full ‘staffing’ following the pandemic, so there may be times when we cannot do meet & greets or process an application on the spot.
The best first step is to submit an application via www.mostlymutts.org.
Our adoption counselors are happy to help make a great match for you and your family!
Adoption Info:
Adoptions are being scheduled for approved applicants, by appointment only.
Please submit an application through our website at www.mostlymutts.org if you are interested in one of our adoptable pets. We are receiving a large volume of applications and processing may take a little bit longer than normal. We are grateful for your interest, and an adoption counselor will be in touch as quickly as possible. Please give us 48 hours to respond before sending a follow-up email.
Don’t see a dog or cat for you on the website? Submit the application anyway!! We are taking in a large number of dogs and cats weekly. Due to the overwhelming demand, many are matched with approved applicants prior to being posted online. Our adoption counselors will be happy to help make a great match for you and your family.
Thank you for your patience and support!
