‘FLINTSTONES’ THEMED KITTEN: Approx.  2 months old / Approx. 2 lbs.  & growing Hi, my name is Barney!  My siblings and I are the ‘Flintstones’ themed kittens and are sure to steal some hearts!  We came to Mostly Mutts looking for good homes, and we can’t wait to find our very own loving, furever families.  Plan to come meet me soon and see if I am your new furry family member!   • OTHER CATS/DOGS/KIDS:  My siblings are my best buddies, and we get along great together!  I may enjoy another kitty in my home, so if you have a nice kitty at home already, let’s meet! / We’ve only seen the dog who lives in our foster home from afar, since we are so little, but we don’t seem startled by them.  It likely will depend on the dog, but if you have kitty-friendly doggie at home, we can probably be pals. / Children in my new home may be nice, since I am a playful kitten, but best they are gentle and know how to handle a kitten, and – of course, let’s meet! • PERSONALITY INFORMATION:  I am a fun-loving and delightful kitten.  Playful and affectionate, I will play hard then cuddle just as hard when it is time to reset.  My adventurous side is pretty evenly tempered with my desire to love and be loved, so I will be a great companion to a lucky family!   • SKILLS/LITTER TRAINED STATUS:  I keep my area clean, as I am litter trained. • LIKES/DISLIKES:  Like my siblings, I love to play - tunnels, boxes, balls and mouse toys… I love them all!  Wrestling in a tussling kitty pile is among my favorite things to do with my siblings.  We also enjoy running around chasing each other and the wand toys, as well.  Sleeping on the cat tree is a great way to recharge my batteries forth next play session.  I’m great at using a scratching post, too.  We all have the makings of great lap kitties, according to our foster mom.  / I can’t think of any dislikes since I am a kitten, but I would not be happy if I did not get the love and attention all kitties deserve! • MEDICAL:  I’ve started my kitten shots, but you must finish those for me as I grow. I am microchipped.  I'm not yet neutered due to my small size, but it is required and will be done as soon as I grow a little more.  Mostly Mutts will cover that cost with one of their approved vets in the North Metro Atlanta area, so local adoptions only. I am looking for a wonderful home with a loving family !  My adoption fee is $175.00, and I’m located in Kennesaw, Ga.

Mostly Mutts Animal Rescue & Adoption's Adoption Process Our facility is currently open to the public Monday-Saturday, 11-3. We welcome you to come meet our adoptable Mutts & Kitties! Please keep in mind the following: Many of our adoptable Mutts & Kitties are in foster homes, so please call 770-272-6888 to find out if the pet you are interested in is at our facility. With an approved application we can set up meet & greets and adoptions with a pet in foster care. We are not yet up to full ‘staffing’ following the pandemic, so there may be times when we cannot do meet & greets or process an application on the spot. The best first step is to submit an application via www.mostlymutts.org. Our adoption counselors are happy to help make a great match for you and your family! Adoption Info: Adoptions are being scheduled for approved applicants, by appointment only. Please submit an application through our website at www.mostlymutts.org if you are interested in one of our adoptable pets. We are receiving a large volume of applications and processing may take a little bit longer than normal. We are grateful for your interest, and an adoption counselor will be in touch as quickly as possible. Please give us 48 hours to respond before sending a follow-up email. Don’t see a dog or cat for you on the website? Submit the application anyway!! We are taking in a large number of dogs and cats weekly. Due to the overwhelming demand, many are matched with approved applicants prior to being posted online. Our adoption counselors will be happy to help make a great match for you and your family. We do require an interview, references and a contract. Must be 21 or over to adopt. Our Adoption process is very thorough...MM prides itself in making every effort to place each animal in the right home. Dogs: Our adoption fee is $299. Each dog that Mostly Mutts adopts out to a Furever home has the following basic vetting as well as an engraved name tag, Martingale collar and leash: Spay or Neuter Surgery Vaccinations up to date according to age (Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, Bordatella) De-Worming Microchip Heartworm Testing (1 yr & older) we pay for treatment for any HW+ animal after adoption at our own vet Cats: Our adoption fee is $175 for cats.
