Meet Galaxy
Notes from Foster: Galaxy is shy at first but will open up in a short time. She had to learn to be around people and has come a long way. Galaxy would work best in a quiet home with people willing to be patient with her. She might be fine in a home with older children rather than younger ones. Galaxy is VERY explorative and loves our outdoor patio. She doesn't like fast movements but if you are nice and slow she will let you pet her. She loves to be pet and scratched. Galaxy still doesn't like to be held, but she is getting better at being picked up. You can pick her up enough to put her on the bed or couch. She loves to sleep in the bed with you and be there when you wake up. She likes to act tough but will melt with your touch and scratches to the neck and chin. Galaxy is great with other cats and loves to play with them and toys. She is tolerant of our dog, a 10-month-old border collie mix. All pets are spayed/neutered, combo tested, current on vaccinations, dewormed, and treated with a flea preventative.
