Meet Alexander
Meet Alexander! He was rescued from a colony where he was showing up for food every day and jumping in peoples' cars trying to go home with them. He was most likely dumped or left behind by someone. A very nice lady took him in and had him vetted, and he is now looking for a forever home. He is a sweet guy, loves having his head pet, and will follow you around, rubbing on your legs for attention. Alexander loves humans! He has no negative reactions to cats, but he has not exposed to dogs. Alexander was born around August 17, 2024, and is currently being fostered in Waterbury. He is fixed, up-to-date on shots, and has tested negative for FIV/FeLV. All of our cats and kittens are cared for in loving foster homes. "Meet and Greets" can be arranged only after an application has been submitted and approved. Applications for adoption can be found at our website at www.fosterandforever.org. Our volunteers do their best to respond within 24-48 hours.
Adoption Process
Visit our website to fill out an application either on-line or download a form (fill it out and email it back to us). This will start the adoption process.
All applicants must provide references including a vet (please give them permission to speak to us). Note that we do not place our pets in homes with children under 5, this protects the children and our pets.
Once references are checked a home visit will be scheduled and then a meet and greet with the pet.
