The Silent Prayer is a long isalnd Suffolk county cat rescue, dedicated helping the homeless cats of long island. It all started with feeding a colony at a young age, now branched out through years of rescuing, to becoming an official rescue. We hope to give a voice to the voiceless, and find homes for the homeless.

Meet Hecate! Hecate is currently a year old, extremely affectionate and sweet. She loves to be brushed, is always purring, and loves being held! She absolutely loves cat posts, people and anyone who will pet her. If you don't pet her, she'll come to you! This mushy girl is great with people, kids, cats, but would need an adjustment to dogs. If interested in Hecate, please inquire below! We'll be happy to send you our adoption application and answer any questions/concerns you may have in regards to Hecate. She's spayed, snap tested NEG, vaccinated, dewormed, deflead and Microchipped. Adoption Process
Adoption application must be submitted, background check, 3 references, landlord info and / or leasing info, home check. Adoption fee is $250. Adoption contract is required.
