Meet Violet

Violet is a giant talker and sweet lady. She wasn't in the best situation before she came to us and is blossoming here at the rescue. We find it hilarious that instead of using her "inside voice" to get her point across Violet yells, growls, and hisses to get your attention. She is not mean at all so we aren't sure why she does this at all! Violet has been dealing with some skin issues and we are working with a vet to find out if the bald spots on her back are due to excessive grooming (anxiety) or some type of allergy. But since she's been here she has gotten much better and is now just lowly growling at the cats when they walk by her (she still has never swatted or even tried to bite anyone). We think that she is almost six years old. Violet is just waiting for a family to call her own!

Adoption Process
We ask that you come visit the animals then put in an application either online or in person after you have found one that you want to add to your family. After the application, if you have been approved, you would pay the adoption fee ($150 for cats, $250 for dogs) and then you would go home with all the information about your new family member in a folder!

Look for other cats for adoption!
