Dogs Physical Description Tilly is an 8lbs female tortishell with gorgeous green eyes and a chocolate body Personality Have you ever wanted to start a rock band with a blender, vaccuum, and crying baby? This deaf cat would be a perfect frontman, with a darling personality to match. This little lady enjoys being up on your shoulder or laid on your knee. Tilly's sweet soul, beautiful face, and charming old lady noises make her irresistible and quick to fall in love with. This kitty has what sort of characteristics? AffectionateCuriousLikes pettingLikes to cuddleEnjoys being heldLap cat The best home to adopt me would be Any home The best home atmosphere would be Quiet/calmModerate activity Other animals? Lived successfully with other catsMay be good with gentle dogsSlow intro needed with dogswas successful living with other cats, has never been introduced to dogs but is a calm cat who would do good sharing the attention   Medical: Tilly was so small upon intake that we were originally prepared to receive a kitten! Imagine our surprise to meet this petite senior lady. Tilly is estimated to be between 10-12 years old. She is already spayed, is FeLV/FIV negative, up to date on vaccines, dewormed and on monthly flea control. Tilly has a grade 2 heart murmur and moderate dental disease. We are currently working her up to see if she would be an anesthetic candidate for a dental procedure, but she is very happy eating soft foods in her foster home. She also has some mild elevations in her kidney values, which may indicate early kidney disease. We are ideally looking for fospice or hospice home for Tilly to live out her golden days!      Apply to adopt here! Online cat application form  Applications are also available on the website  (www.yolospca.org)    It can take up  to 3-5 business days to hear back once you have submitted an application.   The Yolo County SPCA is a private, not-for-profit, foster home-based animal rescue organization and does not have a shelter. All our animals awaiting adoption are in foster homes. For more information about this animal, please email [email protected]. For more general questions, please see our website at www.yolospca.org.    All of our felines have been altered prior to adoption. Kittens have been given their first shots of FVRCP, adults are up-to-date on vaccinations, and all cats have been Feline Leukemia tested (negative) and micro chipped. The fee to adopt is $135 for kittens or $80 for adults over 1 year (the fee helps cover these costs and the cost of the microchip registration).  A reduced fee is available for adopting a second cat or kitten   For more information about an animal, please email [email protected]. For more general questions, please see our website at www.yolospca.org.

Adoption Process
We have an application that needs to be completed. We need to interview all members of the household that are considering adopting the pet. We also need to verify if renting that any rental deposits have been satisfied.
