Meet Rye
Double the Mischief, Double the Love — We’re Whiskey & Rye! Hey there! We’re Whiskey & Rye, a bonded pair of kitten brothers with big hearts, playful paws, and purrsonalities that balance each other purrfectly. I’m Whiskey—the brave explorer and resident toy chaser. Got a crinkly ball, a wand toy, or that sneaky red laser? I’m on it. I’m curious, confident, and love to be where the action is (which is usually wherever you are). I’ll keep you laughing with my antics—and once I’ve used up all my kitten energy, I’m all about the snuggles and purrs. I’m Rye, the quieter half of the duo. I like to hang back and watch at first—but once I know you’re safe (and you probably are), I’m all in. I’m gentle, sweet, and have a thing for belly rubs (I know, rare for a cat!). I love playing with my brother and cuddling close when it’s time to relax. Together, we’re the best of both worlds: bold and chill, silly and sweet, adventurous and affectionate. We bring out the best in each other—and we’re ready to bring a whole lot of love and kitten chaos to your home. Available for adoption in San Francisco.Must be adopted together. Adoption Process
All of our adopters are required to fill out an online application. Once we review the application, we contact the applicant to do a phone interview, and a zoom call to meet and learn more about the cat with the foster parent to determine if it's a good fit for everyone.
Then the potential adopter can meet the cat in person and take them home if approved through this process. We have them sign an adoption agreement and pay $150 adoption fee.
