Needy Paws Animal Shelter, an extension of River Valley Humane Society, has been providing sanctuary for sick, injured, homeless and abused animals since 1997. We are proudly a no-kill shelter, working hard to place healthy, adoptable pets into loving, forever homes!
Parfait is an 11-year-old male cat with a heart of gold. Although he may be shy at first, once he gets to know you, he's a loyal and affectionate companion. Parfait has been diagnosed with FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus), but he doesn't let that stop him from enjoying life to the fullest.
Parfait's calm and mellow demeanor make him the perfect cat for someone looking for a low-key companion. He's content to spend his days lounging in a sunny spot, watching the world go by. While he may not be the most playful cat, he loves to be petted and cuddled.
Due to his FIV status, Parfait should be an indoor-only cat. He would do best in a quiet home with a patient and understanding owner who will give him the time he needs to adjust to new surroundings. Once he feels comfortable, he'll show his true colors as a loving and devoted companion.
Despite his FIV status, Parfait has a lot of love to give and would make a wonderful addition to any loving home. If you're looking for a laid-back and affectionate companion, Parfait may be just the cat for you.
Adoption Process $100-$125 Adoption fees, depending on the type of animal.
