Approximate Date of Birth:2/1/2021 Description:   Hello, I am Persimmon aka Simms.... " I have arrived.... I am puurring....and I am about to capture your heart". I am a sweet but at times shy girl. I am not a cuddler and I don't like being picked up, but lately I have been thinking about hopping into a lap, but I'm just not ready yet. I love head to tail scratches and will rub all over your legs and feet until you pay attention to me. I will sit and affectionately gaze into your eyes. I know what I want when I want so if I don't get what i want and or need I will vocalize it to you. The louder you say my name the louder I may answer back. I enjoy playing with my sisters and I get along with my step sister... my brother's are a different story. I enjoy running up and down the hall so, I would love room to run around chasing crinkly toys. I enjoy my kitty tree and I love lounging in windows to collect sun beams. I was living on the streets and then I was trapped on and rehabbed to be a friendly. I am a clean kitty and use my litter box and don't usually fling litter around. " I'm just a puurr away from stealing your heart" . Words to Describe Me: Pretty, sweet, shy at first Favorite Place to Sleep: In the cat tree or on the window sill. Favorite Toy: Crinkle balls, cat posts for scratching Kitty's Likes: Watch your milk glass, because she will get into it if it's left alone. Kitty's Dislikes: Held Fastest Way to Get Me to Purr: She loves being scratched from her ears to her tail and will purr with delight. Favorite Treat: Temptations Good with Cats: Loves female cats. Good with Dogs: Unknown .  Good with Children: Unknown, but optimistic (Animal has not met any children.) Companion Animal:   Requires a friendly, female feline companion always.  Health information: All cats and kittens will be spayed or neutered, FeLV / FIV tested (as indicated by age), receive vaccinations appropriate for age, preventative deworming, and microchipping prior to adoption as appropriate by age. Adoption Process:   Our adoptable animals are located at one of our adoption centers or in foster homes. We require interested parties to apply prior to meeting to ensure a good match. Adoption Process
All adopters must complete an application with possible brief interview if there are additional questions concerning the application. All adopters also sign an adoption contract and pay an adoption fee depending on the age, breed, and status of the cat (special needs etc).
