Underdog Rescue of Arizona, LLC

We are a group of volunteers who have individually worked with many other rescues prior to starting Underdog Rescue. We are an all breed rescue, and have a soft spot for bully breeds, medical cases and fear cases. We pull primarily from the County Shelter's daily Euthanasia list and place animals in our approved foster homes. We then network these homeless pets in order to rehome them into loving families. We require all adoption applicants to fill our our adoption application, receive a home visit, pay our adoption/rehoming fee and sign our legal adoption contract. All animals are fully vaccinated and altered prior to adoption being finalized. We do a standard 2 week Foster With Intent to Adopt trial period, in which the applicant has the opportunity to be sure the animal is a good fit for their home/family.

Melvin was dumped with his siblings Matilda and Martin.  Melvin had some respiratory issues, but is feeling much better and is ready to find a home.  He is a bit shy, but gets braver everyday.  Melvin is a playful dude, and gets along with cats and dogs.  Complete an application and meet Melvin!  This cutie deserves a home to call his own!
