It improves your dog’s coat texture and sheen and promotes excellent skin and fur health.

How to use it:

This liquid oil can be used both to directly moisture your dog’s skin and paws, providing instant relief for dry and itchy skin conditions such as dandruff.

Mix it directly into their food (wet or dry) to make mealtime a super nutritious and delicious treat. Most dogs large or small love the taste of salmon, so will devour it in no time!

Our pure salmon oil is 100% derived from wild-caught Alaskan Salmon. It’s rich in essential omega 3, 6 and 9 fatty acids that play a significant role in your dog’s all-around health helping with skin conditions, allergies, heart and brain health, as well as mobility.

Omega-3 is known as an essential fatty acid. The reason why it’s essential is that neither humans nor canines can make it in their bodies. Instead, it needs to come from food. While most commercial dog foods are usually fortified with these fats, both omega-3 and omega-6 are vulnerable to heat damage so their bioavailability declines in the production process. At Alpha Paw we take great care in our manufacturing process and do not use either heat or water. This maintains the integrity of every ingredient.

In its liquid form, our pure salmon fish oil delivers a higher concentration of EPA and DHA tri omegas for maximum results over soft gels and capsules.

Our German Shepherd has Symmetrical Lupoid Onychodystrophy and it was recommended to us that we add a fish oil supplement to his diet. This fish oil is perfect because it’s the highest quality salmon oil which was recommended, it comes with a convenient pump to dispense it which minimizes the mess, it doesn’t smell ‘fishy’ and our dog loves the taste on his food.

Dogs Love it! Great Dane, Husky/shepherd mix, chocolate lab/pit bull mix …. They eat it with no problems! All my dogs are rescues – the Dane being newest house member – his coat looked pretty bad. After using this product he looks great! Husky mix is the old timer and has joint issues … seems to help. Does cause smelly gas and is a bit pricey, but for my babies the benefits out weigh the odors!

My mini schnauzer has been suffering from what I thought was demodex mange, but turned out to be allergies. He had scratched some hair out around his eyes due to them. I placed him on this and things seem to be getting better, which tells me it may have been a combination of allergies and perhaps dry skin. With this, he gets moisture from the inside as well as he just laps this stuff up! He loves the taste and I love that he loves it and it’s healthy for him.

This is the best salmon oil! My Goldens coats have never looked or felt better! And I know the other benefits of salmon oil are good for their health also! Thank you for such a wonderful product!

Living in Colorado, which is a semi-arid climate, it is sometimes a challenge to keep skin and lips moisturized properly. This is especially true in winter months, but we usually keep fans in the windows for fresh air when it is nice outside, so our indoor climate is usually pretty dry. Of course, this is also affects my girlfriend’s cat Molly.

Fish oil has been something that the vet has recommended in the past and we have used it somewhat regularly, but we had been using gel capsules, which helped with dosage, but was kind of a pain to administer because they needed to be punctured. The salmon oil from Alpha Paw is a nice change that produces noticeable results. The pump is so convenient and the oil itself seems to be of much better quality than we were using and other competitive products. Pollock oil, which is considerably cheaper, does not work as well and I don’t believe it has the same benefits of this salmon oil. That aside, Molly’s coat is much softer and has a deeper grey sheen to it. She looks healthier, has much less dandruff, and the additional benefits of immune, heart, and joint health are a huge bonus.

She enjoys the flavor and it enhances her wet food nicely. Overall, this is a great product and I highly recommend it.

I have to admit that I was skeptical when I ordered this product. I have always been careful to only feed the very best foods to my dogs and really felt satisfied that what I was doing couldn’t be improved upon. I ordered this product because my dog is a senor (13 years old) and a large breed (105 lbs) dog. I know the benefits of fish oil to my own diet and figured that it couldn’t hurt.

The first thing that I noticed is that his coat became much softer. I also noticed that he became more active and “engaged” – more like his “younger” self. I have made no changes to his diet nor have I added any other supplements. The salmon oil is the only thing that I can attribute it to. I’m not sure if this is typical, but I just don’t know what else it could be.

He seems to love the taste. I only add the oil to one of his meals per day. Perhaps it’s my imagination, but it seems that he licks the bowl for some time after his food is gone – only for the meal that I have added the oil. I can only attribute this to him enjoying the taste.

I will be purchasing this item again!

I’ve been putting Salmon Oil on my Dog’s food for about 3 years now. This is the first time I’ve tried this particular brand but he loves it. He’s a chow and I’ve always had problems with him scratching and pulling his hair out in patches to the point that I’d have to get him shaved. After many medications and suggestions, I tried coconut oil, he didn’t like it. But Salmon Oil – Wild Alaskan Salmon Oil, he loves it and IT WORKED!! My Baby just turned 13 years old in October and he is on no other medication at all anymore and I have not had him shaved. Granted, he’s not hearing or seeing very well at times but he gets around and looks just great. And by the way he acts, I’m thinking he’s feeling just fine!!

This is by far one of my favorite purchases. Not only does my dog love it, but it’s a great nutritional supplement. I can’t see the great things it’s probably doing for her insides, but i can see how much shinier and healthier her coat looks! She’s softer too! If that’s any indication of the support it is giving to her body systems, then I have nothing to worry about. She is still full of energy, all of her blood tests are normal, and she has had no illnesses. I also like the no-spill packaging, and the heavier duty pump that’s on the newer bottles. No complaints here. Thanks so much!!

Tremendous improvement in my stunning German Shepherd’s dry skin in a very short time. Only problem is… Now when I feed her, she just stares @ the pump bottle & doesn’t eat untill it is added….so it must taste really wonderful! I know it will be a tremendous stimulus to her immune & cardiovascular system as well! I will NOT ALLOW MYSELF TO RUN OUT OF THIS PRODUCT! There would be a certain mutiny of my 3 pupdogs OR SURE , Great Product & has NO undesirable odor!

Even the pump was broken, I still give this product a 5 stars. It worked on my Pomeranian with level 3 Luxating Patella. When my Pom turn 6, her back legs starting to bother her. I really against the idea of surgery because there’s no guarantee she will be 100% heal and a pricey bill, I want to try other non surgical options. I was glad I find this. I bought it based on the good reviews and it did not disappointed me. I start seeing it work after 1 month. Just to clarify, the oil did not cure her but calm down the pain. She has been taking the oil for over 1 year and still did not have an episode. I will keep using this. 1 bottle last for 9 months for my 7lbs Pom.

Had to switch to this because the other brand doubled their price – said the fishing was bad last year, but they are the only one’s saying it. Apparently there is something different between this and what I was using because it is taking my dog a while to get used to it. She can be a bit finicky anyway, but it’s usually for good reasons. Took a week to get her to eat with this on her food without other incentives in the food. Maybe the last Salmon Oil was getting gradually older and she was so used to it the new fresh fish smell could have thrown her off??? But all in all, it’s good for her an many ways and not having it is not an option. Smells fresh and the pump does NOT leak

Our vet recommended that we feed our two rotties a diet rich in Omega 3s to keep their skin and coat in peak show condition. For months we used used salmon oil from capsules (messy and expensive) before discovering this salmon oil. Three pumps each twice a day makes it quick and easy to give them the right amount. No fishy smell, our dogs love it and their coats are beautiful! Once opened, the bottle keeps well in the refrigerator to the last drop. And it’s easy to take on the road and stow in the hotel or RV fridge.

I have a French/English Bulldod mix who is 18 months old. Theses breed of dogs are prone to allergies and skin problems. They also tend to have joint problems due to their short legs and weight. My vet recommended Salmon Oil to prevent these conditions and improve general health. My dog is 50lbs and gets a drop on his morning meal and again at dinner. Salmon Oil is a great deal because it lasts over five months. My dog has a beautiful shiny coat that we are always getting compliments on. Highly recommend this product.i will continue to use this great product for the LONG life of my dog.

My veterinarian recommends Salmon Oil to maintain good health. My dog has been getting it since she was a puppy. I ran out of Salmon Oil one time and she got a bladder infection. It was cleared up with medication, but then she got another a month later. The vet recommended me putting her on Salmon Oil “because it is so good for so many things”. I put her back on and NEVER allow us to run out of it again. She’s back on Salmon Oil and no more bladder infections (knock on wood!)!
