Mission Statement: Our Mission is to rescue homeless, abandoned, neglected, or abused dogs. By working with committed volunteers, already established veterinarians and trainers, we will nurture, provide medical care, and rehabilitation to these animals while providing a safe and loving "cage-free" environment for as long as it takes to find them adoptive homes. Our Vision: Our vision is to decrease the amount of dogs put to death every year, and prevent cruelty and suffering to all animals. Through humane education via our resources and educational classes, we aim to increase public awareness regarding the over population of adoptable animals in municipal shelters and beyond, and to that end we are firmly committed to:-Rescuing dogs from municipal shelters that are in danger of being euthanized-Educating the public on the importance of responsible pet ownership, including spaying and neutering of companion animals and micro-chipping pets-Advocating for animals through political participation with our Community representatives
IN NEED OF LOCAL FOSTER OR ADOPTER/ AVAILABLE FOR FOSTER TO ADOPT FOR LOCAL ADOPTERS
Daylin is 10 months old, male (approx. DOB 12-31-23), 41+ lbs., vetted, is or will be neutered, and micro-chipped. We saved him when it was his last day at the shelter! Daylin is a sweet boy that is shy in to start but settles in quickly. He loves other dogs and would do well with the right companion or as the only dog. He is a happy boy that can self entertain with toys and gets bursts of energy that need to be understood. Daylin is VERY smart and learns quickly; our Trainer has worked with him to see what makes him tick and has quickly taught him where to put his energy and where not. His best home would be experienced and be able to provide him with structure, boundaries, exercise, and enrichment for his puppy habits and energy! Stay tuned for more information as Daylin is a new rescue!
