Meet Rosie

Meet Rosie!Rosie is an intelligent and active dog that would do great with a runner, bicyclist, or long-distance walker. She is not a dog that can only be a cuddle bug. 15-20 minutes of gameplay (tug and fetch) in addition to a daily 30-minute walk can meet her minimal needs, but she will be more fulfilled and have better manners in the house with more activity.  Rosie lives with small dogs in her foster home. She’s so energetic though, she can be too much for them and needs to be separated at times. We know she would not do well with other energetic dogs. She may be ok with some dogs, but because it’s such a case-by-case basis, we are recommending that she has a fully fenced yard.  Rosie LOVES people and she’s extremely affectionate and cuddly. She will happily drape herself across your lap or just curl up next to you, content to be used as an armrest.  To sum it up, Rosie is a happy-go-lucky lady with a love for life and activity. To be her best self she will need continued training and comes with some free sessions with our trainer. She will also need on-going guidance and help to navigate certain social situations when other dogs are in the mix. But the time you put in with her, she will give back three times over in devotion and love.     Please feel free to fill out an ADOPTION APPLICATION by clicking on the  button below. Thank You!
