Meet Gunther

Hi, I'm Gunther. I'm a pretty special guy looking for a home that undestands I still need to build confidence and take some time to settle in. I had a rough start to life and take a little bit to trust. Once I know that you're safe I love to let you know about it, and will talk your ear off. I'm learning how to be a dog and relax when in new situations and doing awesome! Getting scratches from my foster mom is super great, leashes aren't so scary anymore, and new people aren't as spooky. I still get spooked at fast movements and some noises. Older kids who would respect my space would be best.**Gunther is making great strides attending our shy dog class, and his adopter will be required to continue that with him so he can continue that success** He is altered, vaccinated, health checked, dewormed, and micro-chipped. Prior to adoption I will be altered, vaccinated, health checked, dewormed, and micro-chipped.   Adoption Fee $200 +taxes/fees   If you would like to meet me please fill out a pre-adoption application at www.tailsrescue.org   Happy Tails Adoption Center is open on Sundays from 12-5pm. We are located at 7331 Baker St NE, Fridley. Dogs are at events based on the availability of their foster family. Please fill out a pre-adoption application so we know you are interested in meeting/adopting one of our animals.

Look for other dogs for adoption!
