Meet Sasha

Meet this princess, Sasha! She is a 5-year-old mix of Beagle and Serbian Hound. She has reached her mature weight of 40-45 pounds and wears a beautiful short coat with black and tan coloring. Sasha is adored by everyone at rescue! She is a sweet girl with a great temperament. She loves to cuddle beside you and will gently insist on being petted; it’s adorable! She gets along with other dogs as well as people BUT she does not like chickens. No chickens, please!  Sasha likes to adventure in the yard but is also a big couch potato when she sees her plush bed. Sasha would love to join a calm household where she can hang out with you for most of the day! (posted 12/3/22, ME)   **It is rare that we know with certainty the ages or mixes that make up our dogs, but we do our best to be as accurate as possible based upon our experience. ** Adoption: $375 which covers quarantine, shots, worming, medical records, spaying/neutering, microchip and an Alabama State Health Certificate.   Transport, if needed : $140.00 - $160 (depending on gas prices) We consider the transport to be of great importance and, as such, take particular care of the dogs during the trip . We make every effort to arrive with healthy and minimally stressed dogs.

Adoption Process
Potential adopters file application, including references; if approved, referred to foster mom/dad with any questions and in order to determine suitability of adopter. Adopters sign contract and pay adoption fee and upon delivery, pay transport fee. Adopters are provided with medical records and required to spay/neuter dog at appropriate age. requirements: adopters must be over 21; spay/neuter dog at 6 months
