Meet MOCHI
Mochi is a beautiful Mountain Cur/ Lab mix former Momma dog that is young at just 2 years old and about 50 pounds. This female beauty with the gorgeous brindle coat and beautiful dark copper eyes is what we call a “Dream Girl” dog. She is beloved by everyone she meets because she exudes pure love for all she meets. We first met Mochi when her well meaning owners were giving away her pups in a Walmart parking lot. Our rescuer formed a relationship with the family and was invited to the home to collect the puppies from her litter and other pups. We ended up with 7 puppies and have never regretted that for one minute. We never gave up thinking about the fate of their momma dog (mochi) and so after some time, the owner decided to give Mochi a better life and surrendered her to us. He was so emotional with tears in his eyes and he hoped he was doing the right thing. We assured him that we secure a perfect home for this loving, wonderful, cuddling, loyal girl. Mochi adores everyone. She especially lighs up when men arrive. She gets on well with other dogs and likes the children in her foster home, too. Mochi is house trained, leash trained, and is working on other basic manners. Mochi is slowly learning to play fetch and tug of war like the other dogs in her foster home and she loves to talk and sing! When Mochi gets excited, she loves to tell you about it her excitement. An endearing trait is that she sings along beautifully with the harmonica and piano! She will chase cars if she is not in a fenced yard. We will have to insist on a fenced in, secure yard for this angel dog. We promised we would find a perfect family for Mochi, if that's you, please reach out today!
