Meet SWEET SIERRA

Sweet Sierra is a well-rounded, beautiful Border Collie girl that is about 18 months old and a petite 27 pounds and is fully grown.   This impressive girl with the welcoming smile and personality to match, has the happiest aura about her that is quite contagious, too!  Her beautiful black coat is a sweeping wavy appearance that is very soft to touch and  the most adorable freckled legs and shawl around her neck of white and black  She is just nothing short of a picture perfect BC girl.  Sweet Sierra has the cutest little crooked ears that go up on one side and then down on the other side.  Her expressive eyes just beg you to please get to know her.  Found as a stray with another Border Collie boy named Everest, we think they might be siblings, she and her brother Everest ended up in a KY kill shelter where they are euthanizing weekly.   She has no fears and adores meeting new people.  There is nothing skittish or shy about her and she demonstrated that when she posed effortlessly for the camera.   We know she is good with other dogs, good with new people, and rides well in the car.  She has met the 3 year old toddler and thinks he is a grand little friend to play with.   She will need space to run and the knowledge from an owner as to what a Border Collie needs in their daily home life.  Activity of the mind and the body is needed daily.   She is smart, she is wanting to please, and she wants to love you. She will be a couch potato sometimes but she must be allowed to explore her environment, learn new things and to exercise all her gifts in life.  If you are interested, this girl is ready to go! Contact us at [email protected]  She is in Nashville, Tn and can transport northward on the transport van just in time to join you round the Christmas Tree! PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or [email protected]

Adoption Process
All potential adoptors must complete the application request form on any dog. Before placing a dog with an adoptor Critter Companion conducts a vet check to ensure proper health, gets the dog up to date on all shots and neuters the dog.

Look for other dogs for adoption!
