Meet MATTI YOUNG BOXER
Our girl Matti is a beautiful, young, 2 year old, 55 pound, purebred Boxer girl that is sadly losing her home because her dad is moving and will be working on oil rigs in Texas. He cannot take her along with his future work schedule. This sweet girl is going to miss him but we have promised her to find an attentive family and home that will work with her on being shy with others when she first meets people. This little girl is as sweet as they come but will look for more “out and about” time with a new owner. She is a girl with house manners and crate training and is housebroken. She loves to cuddle and have her ears rubbed and is picky about her treats. She LOVES apples with the skin peeled off and she loves a good game of fetch and running in the yard. As you can see she has very kind eyes and we think she knows that something is up with moving and that there is a wind of change about to happen to her. She needs some training on a leash, but sits very well and if you don’t have a doggie door, her signal to go to the bathroom is to sit by the door to let you know she wants “outside”. She likes to sleep in the bed with you, but does do well in a crate. Matti does whine a little at first when put in the crate, but she does better if you turn on the TV and put a show on while she hangs in the crate. She is a little nervous around other dogs but she just needs more socialization and time to hang out with other dogs. She has not been able to do that much in these first two years. She loves to lay in the sun by the front door or out on the back deck and sunbath. Her best quality is how loving she is and the sweet personality that is so obvious when you meet her. She needs a little confidence building and a secure environment with structure and a dependable daily schedule. We know that there are Boxer lovers out there that could give her the most perfect home and environment for Matti. The change in her life is happening the week of November 28th. Her dad is moving the first week of December.
