Jodie Chase 1706 27th st Columbus NE 68601 402-875-3237 [email protected] Lola is a beautiful young rottie, we would guess closer to 1 than 2, she is on the smaller side.  We think she is about 77 lbs.   She does great with other dogs and her previous owner had kids and she did well with them we were told she did well with the pet bunnies they had, she's still young so very energetic and doesn't watch where she's going so small kids might not be the best since her excitement could knock them down. She is sweet and smart! Listens very well, house trained and kennel trained, if she can see or hear someone while in the kennel, she does whine a little bit, because she wants to be her people’s shadow. She loves loves loves to play fetch and wrestle with other dogs, not sure about cats but if she did well with bunnies, I would think cats would be fine as long as they don't dart before she sniffs them.   She has her spay appointment set for the middle of next month but we are taking applications.    To help pay for vet bills and care (transportation, food, toys, etc..) a $325 donation is requested at the time of adoption. All of our adoptions are contingent upon an approved application, home visit, reference check, obedience training agreement, and signing of adoption contract. All our dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped before adoption. Our dogs are companion animals that live indoors as part of your family. Please do not apply if your plan is to have them as outside dogs, garage dogs, porch dogs or outside kennel dogs.  We do not ship dogs.
