Sweet Dream House Rescue

Sweet Dream House Rescue, Inc. is a non-profit, no kill, all volunteer, all breed animal rescue. We utilize a network of foster homes for pets ready for adoption. Our mission is to rescue homeless and abandoned animals, to spay/neuter, vaccinate and provide any needed medical care until they are adopted into loving homes. We are often the rescue of last resort, waiting until other rescues select from the euthansia lists to rescue those that are not selected.

Meet Francie

FRANCIE is a sweet, silly pup who's always ready for fun! She's a stunning 7 month old 37 pound Australian Shepherd mix pup with one blue eye and one brown eye. She's probably close to fully grown, we expect her to remain under 45 lbs. Francie loves loves loves to play. She loves other dogs, her ball and her toys. She's needs a home with another energetic, playful dog and a physically-fenced yard suitable for high speed zoomie sessions. She'd also love to be your training partner for runs, hikes or walks. Francie is an intelligent girl who will be so fun to train. She doesn't seem interested in cats, although she might try to play with a kitty if she's bored. When playtime is over, Francie is an expert level cuddler.  Francie is housebroken and crate trained. If you'd like to meet Francie, please fill out a dog adoption application at dreamhouserescue.org. We are happy to arrange a private meet with an approved adopter, or you can meet Francie at our weekly adoption event, Saturday noon-3 at PetSmart Eastgate if she's still available. All of our fully-vetted adoptable dogs go to prospective homes for a one-week trial foster-to-adopt period to make sure the dog and home are the right fit before an adoption is finalized. We only adopt dogs into homes where all current pets are spayed/neutered and current on vaccines and heartworm and flea and tick prevention. We do check veterinary references to make sure adopters are compliant with standard veterinary care. Our adoption fee covers the dog’s veterinary care, including spay/neuter surgery, vaccines, microchip, deworming, flea and tick prevention, heartworm prevention and any other needed veterinary care.

If no, then you return the dog to us and you are welcome to try a different dog. complete the necessary paperwork and pay a $100 deposit for adult dogs and $150 for puppies (cash, check or credit card).
