Meet Gator *adoption pending

Gator is a gorgeous English Bulldog who is almost 2 years old. He was adopted from us recently but his home is not a good fit with the other bulldog in the home. He really needs a submissive playmate. He has had very positive interactions with several non dominant dogs. But he definitely wants to be the alpha. Gator is familiar with commands, house broken (not crate trained), walks very well on leash. Adaptable in a home with children 10+ and does not pay mind to cats. Will sniff them and walk away. This dog wants to be with his handler, and will snuggle soundly along side you. He is a good car passenger and enjoys trips. This young man will be the bulldog who wants to sleep in with you on weekends. In current handlers experience, this is one of the rare bulldogs with the fortitude and body capacity to take hikes and longer walks, which many bulldogs cannot do.
