Meet Connie
5/16/25 Connie! She is a mixed breed pup, about 4 1/2 months old. She is crate trained. Good with cats, dogs, and kids. She is very friendly and social with everyone. She walks very well on leash. We are unsure of her breed, but she is gorgeous. She is going to be a big girl, probably 60+ lbs when grown. Here’s what her foster mom says about her- Connie is a happy high energy puppy. She absolutely loves Asher (dog) and he is very tolerant of her jumping on top of him and playing with his ears. She gets along great with all the dogs in the house. She needs a little reminding sometimes when the senior dog is not up for playing when she wants to play but she will leave him alone when told to. We are working on house training. She mostly has accidents when left for longer periods when I have to be at work. She is working on being more gentle when taking a treat out of your hand. She seems to be food motivated so training should be easy with her. She could definitely benefit from obedience classes or someone who could spend more one on one time to train than I am able to do. She doesn’t seem to be much of a barker. She free roams with all the dogs and I have not seen her chewing anything she shouldn’t. At bedtime she will come up in the bed for a few minutes but prefers to sleep on the dog bed in the room. She will come sit on your lap on the couch for a few minutes at a time but prefers to be wandering around or playing. She loves to give lots of kisses. She is spayed, UTD on age appropriate vaccines, microchipped, and on flea/tick and heartworm prevention. In New England.
