Meet Clarice Clarice is a special case who recently came into our care. At just 6 years old, she’s battling severe malnutrition and anemia. When she arrived, her tiny body was covered in matted fur, ticks, fleas, and lice. She had to be shaved to make her more comfortable. Her red blood cell count is dangerously low, and her white blood cell count is elevated, but thanks to Dr. Meckley’s swift care, she’s now on several medications and beginning her journey to recovery. We’re already seeing small improvements, but Clarice still has a long road ahead. Please keep her in your thoughts and prayers as she continues to fight. We are committed to giving her the best possible care and will keep you updated on her progress. Adoption application must be filled out first. If it is approved then the potential adoptor can meet the pet. If all is acceptable, we will collect the adoption fee at that time.
