Meet Nora

**Update 2/6/2025**   **Meet Nora: A Sweet Senior Cat in Need of a Loving Home**   Nora has been through so much, but she’s ready for a fresh start with a family who will cherish her. She and her sister Zola were sadly abandoned in a rural area, left to fend for themselves without knowing how to find food. At around 10 years old, they were unspayed and had endured the hardship of being in heat repeatedly. When rescued, they weighed only 6 lbs—far too little for their age.   Thanks to the wonderful team at Bottletree Animal Hospital, their medical needs were addressed. Nora had a polyp removed from her ear and is now on the road to recovery. Tragically, Zola was too stressed to eat after losing the only home she had known, and despite every effort, we had to make the heartbreaking decision to let her cross the rainbow bridge.   Now, Nora needs a second chance. She is a resilient and loving cat who deserves a warm, safe home where she’ll never be abandoned again. If you can open your heart to this sweet senior, please reach out. Adoption Process
Cats are advertised on FB, shown at Petsmart 2148 in Oxford MS. Applicant fills out two pages adoption application. Call landlord for approval, check vet references, interview applicant. Applicant pays adoption fee ($25-100), picks up animal (carrier required). Animals can be returned at any time to us, no time limit (even after years). Follow up phone cal, txt message or email. 24hrs waiting time for approval to ensure it is not an impulse buy.
