We are a non-profit animal shelter ran by animal loving volunteers. We are a no kill shelter. We spay and neuter all our pets before adopting out. Our goal here is to return lost pets to their owners, find homes for those who have none, and promote compassionate treatment of animals everywhere.

Mochie is a newcomer at PAL and is already showing her snuggle bug personality!   And check out that adorable nose! This seven year old white and tabby bicolor girl is a total love. As she's new, she takes a minute to come out and say hi, but once she's out, your lap belongs to her! She LOVES being brushed and petted; in short, she loves love. Mochie has lived with older people, children, dogs, and other cats. If you're looking for a loving feline companion, Mochie is your girl. Adoption Prices Kittens 0 months to 1 year - $80 2 to 7 years -  $70 8 years Plus -  $25       These prices include spay/neuter and vaccinations. Add $6 if the cat is microchipped For the safety of the cat, please bring a carrier (A cardboard carrier is available for a $5.00 donation.) Adoption Process
We have a 1 page adoption form. We do home visits on all of our dogs. Our adoption fee is $80.00 for dogs and $50.00 for cats. That includes spay/neuter and vaccines.
