Are you an experienced cat owner with a quiet home but are an 'empty nester' right now? You might be the perfect match for Miss Kitty! Miss Kitty spent her five years of life so far as a bedroom companion to a non-verbal, elderly person. Upon her person's passing, she was brought to PAL by a loving nurse. It has been a slow process for this tuxedo girl. She comes out of hiding more and more and gets a bit more ok with her roommates as time goes on. She has a cloudy right eye in which we suspect she has no vision. She's not quite comfortable with being petted yet but has started to be a little interactive with volunteers. Miss Kitty might warm up to other pets eventually, but we recommend her to be an only cat in a quiet, calm home. She will likely take some time to adjust and needs a patient cat person who will give her that time and space. Miss Kitty gave a lot of love to her former owner; if you think you are the one to give that love back to her, please come meet her at PAL!
