Meet Panther
Panther is loving, adores petting and wallows in belly rubs. He favors playing with stuffed toys or toys that roll. Panther digs lounging on a cat tower and is entertained by the birds from a window view. His ideal home is with an individual, couple or family. Panther should do okay with other cats and a cat-friendly dog after a proper introduction. He is a 2-year-old solid black American Shorthair with round green eyes, black whiskers and weighs in at 11 pounds. Friends of Jackson County Animal Shelter Pets (FJCASP) is a foster-based rescue for dogs and cats. All pets are in a home environment cared for by a foster person who provides temporary care until the pet can be placed in a permanent home. Friends of Jackson County is an all-volunteer, nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization. Adoption Process
Prospective adopter must fill out application/contract. Our adoption coordinator calls to verify that all other animals in the home are under vet care and utd on vaccinations, preventatives and are spayed/neutered. Home visits are done to verify fenced yard, shelter, etc. Our normal adoption fee is $50.00
